These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at bonusbeez.com (the “Site”), our BE Coins rewards program, Voucher Store, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site and Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By registering you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Account, Password & Security
When you create an account you provide accurate information, and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bonusbeez.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. BE Coins — Credits, Rules & Redemption
BE Coins are a loyalty/credits system used on the Site. BE Coins have value only within the Site and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated. Specific earning, eligibility and redemption rules are provided on the Site and may vary by offer. We reserve the right to:
- Change coin-earning or redemption rules, point values, and conversion ratios at any time.
- Invalidate or reverse coins obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
- Expire coins after a stated period. Expiration terms will be posted on the Site.
4. Offers, Vouchers & Third Parties
Many offers and vouchers on our Site are provided by third parties (merchants, affiliate networks). We do our best to accurately describe offers, but we do not control third-party terms, availability, pricing or fulfillment. Your transaction is with the named merchant unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any third party’s products, services, delivery, or customer support.
5. Affiliate Links & Commissions

6. Payments & Refunds
If the Site accepts payments (for example: paid memberships, exclusive vouchers), payment terms will be shown at checkout. Refund eligibility varies by product and merchant. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant BonusBeez a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce and display it in connection with the Services. Do not post illegal, infringing, offensive, or false content.

- Use the Site for unlawful activities.
- Attempt to manipulate coin balances or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or harm the Site.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for suspicious behavior. Upon termination, your access to the Site and any BE Coins may be revoked. We may also remove content that violates our policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the Site are owned or licensed by BonusBeez. You may not copy, reproduce or republish content without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BONUSBEEZ, ITS AFFILIATES OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
